Set Conditions Consulting aims to assist organizations in improving their overall posture by evaluating governance and management practices from the top down, in addition to evaluating how the organization is structured, providing feedback and recommendations based on findings. 

 

We strongly believe that repeatable processes, codified through documentation and enforced by management, ensures repeatable results.  We also believe that deviation from processes is how the mechanics of an organization start to congest, and, ultimately, break down.  Strong documentation, processes, policies, and the combination of the right tools, will provide leadership with the transparency necessary to ensure accountability, as well as make better informed decisions day to day.
